Get ready for safe adventure with Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 – News24

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: Royal Enfield offers something different in each of its bikes. Some have great safety features, while some offer attractive colors with stylish designs. In view of this, the company has brought special safety features in its upcoming powerful bike Himalayan 450.
According to the information, the company will give dual channel ABS in this motorcycle. Apart from this, disc brakes will be given in both the wheels to give the rider complete control over the bike and to prevent road accidents at high speed. It will be an adventure bike.
The dual ABS system activates the ABS in case of tire slip. This prevents lock-up and skidding in slippery conditions. Using ABS is very different from using regular brakes. If you are braking normally at a stop sign, red light or slow-moving vehicles ahead of you, the ABS system will not activate. The ABS will automatically get activated when the brakes are applied suddenly at high speeds. ABS technology reduces the risk of accidents. This system runs from the wheel sensor.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 gets a powerful 450 cc petrol engine. This engine generates high power of 40 PS on the road. This bike has a single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The photos of the bike testing have gone viral on social media. In this, 21 and rear 18 inch alloy wheels can be given in the front. In the market, this bike will compete with KTM 390 Adventure, Yezdi Adventure and BMW G 310 GS.
According to media reports, this bike will be available in the market starting from Rs 2.80 lakh ex-showroom to Rs 3.10 lakh ex-showroom. However, the company has not yet shared information about its price and launch date. It is estimated that this motorcycle will be introduced in the market by August 2023.
Spoke wheels have been given in the bike, which give it a retro look. The bike will get switchable traction control system, fork in the front and monoshock suspension in the rear, so that it will not be tired to run on long routes. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will get a 6-speed transmission. It gets a straight riding stance and the handlebars and foot pegs are placed a bit higher.
