RE Himalayan 452 Black/Gold Colour Spotted – Is This The Best Shade? – GaadiWaadi.com

The much-awaited Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 is scheduled for a launch next month on 7th November. The ADV has already been revealed in full flesh and the recent test mule gives a glimpse of its new Black-Golden paint scheme. While the same colour was spied a few weeks back, the picture somehow lacked clarity and it was clicked in artificial lighting.
The latest image gives a clear look at the bike along with an idea of how this new colour will appear in real life. We are already familiar with the Himalayan 452’s white colour with a grey pattern all over as this was officially revealed by the company and we expect this paint scheme to be the bike’s official advertisement colour, only reserved for the top-spec trim.
The Black-Golden colour in the latest spy images looks rather attractive and lends a sporty appeal to the ADV. The black colour occupies a major proportion of the bike and the golden yellow accents have been used very precisely in some specific areas. The wheels are also finished in golden colour along the Himalayan imprint on the front forks.

Apart from this, the tank, side panels and the front beak sports the golden-yellow accents. As per our analysis, the mid-spec variant of the new-gen Himalayan will get this colour. There is a high possibility that Royal Enfield will have multiple colour combinations in the same pattern in order to give a wider range of choices for the customers. The company will play around with colours for variant differentiation and we have seen this trend in past launches as well.
It is also important to note that the test mule has been spotted with wire spoke rims which will obviously use tube tyres. However, we have come across two different patterns for the wires, i.e. cross spokes and regular straight spokes.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be a huge leap from the existing Himalayan 411, thanks to the new 40 bhp single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, lighter body weight, more adventure-specific equipment on offer, new tech and updated design amongst others.
