Finally after a long wait, Royal Enfield has launched the all new Himalayan 450. The new adventure bike comes with a new design and new 450cc engine. They have already unveiled the bike and now they have revealed the pricing as well. We are sharing the variant-wise pricing for your convenience. The new Royal Enfield Himlayan will be offered in three variants – Base, Pass and Summit. The prices for each variant is – Rs 3.24 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) for the Base, Rs 3.30 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) for the Pass, and Rs 3.35 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) for the Summit variant. There is also a Hanle Black variant which is priced at Rs 3.41 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The bike has been launched in four colour options – Kaza Brown, Slate Himalayan Salt, Slate Poppy Blue, Kamet White and Hanle Black. 
The Himalayan 450 is a bike for those who love adventure. The bike sports circular headlamps with a wider fuel tank. Also, Himalayan will be offered with LED headlamps and LED tail lamps. Himalayan can also be a great tourer and you can cover distances comfortably. It is a tall bike with an impressive ground clearance of 230mm to tackle everything it goes over. The stock seat height of the new Himalayan is at 825mm which can be increased to 845mm and can go lower up to 805mm.
Talking about the features, the new Himalayan gets a new 4-inch TFT display which can be paired to the phone via bluetooth and even displays google maps. Also, the bike comes with dual channel ABS as a standard fitment wherein the rear ABS can be turned off. Also, the new Himalayan 450 gets ride-by-wire technology which is for the first time for the Royal Enfield. It also gets two riding modes – eco and performance.
Talking about the specifications, the new Royal Enfield Himalayan comes with a 451cc, single cylinder engine. Enfield calls it the ‘Sherpa 450’ which produces 39bhp and 40Nm of peak torque. Also, the 40Nm torque on this engine is the highest for any single cylinder engine. The engine comes mated with a 6-speed transmission.
