Yes. Mumbai Indians can still trade in Hardik Pandya from Gujarat Titans, technically. The deadline for IPL teams to complete a trade is a week before the IPL 2024 auctions. 
So, MI still have time to complete the trade for Pandya. However, it will have to be a player-to-player trade.

The deadline for player trades is December 12, 2023. All teams can still complete player trades before this date.
