Bayern Munich grabbed three points and got out of town!
It was not a world-class performance for Bayern Munich, but Die Roten picked up another key three points in the title race against red-hot Bayer Leverkusen.
Arnold is one of the world’s best shot-takers outside of the box. Everyone has seen his iconic free kicks and long-range strikes. While he didn’t have his career-best today, his strike was a lovely kick from range to beat Manuel Neuer.
Mr. Inconsistent is showing signs of consistency. Upamecano put in another great performance for Bayern against Wolfsburg. If the French defender can solve his poor performances, Bayern might have finally found their #1 defender.
Another great display from the young starlet. After a spectacular performance against VfB Stuttgart, Pavlović followed up with another strong start. The Bayern midfield is in a great need of help and the 19-year-old is a breath of fresh air.
What a strike. There is a reason he is on pace to beat Robert Lewandowski’s 41-goal record. Bayern Munich fans have been truly blessed with the offensive talent available in recent years.
Today was a display of vintage Müller. The Raumdeuter did what he does best. Found the space and distributed it virtually flawlessly, except for one counter he should have made more of with both Sané and Kane as options. Bayern Munich will be glad to have him around for another year.
