Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 accessories prices out– All you need to know – The Financial Express

More than a month after its launch, Royal Enfield has finally revealed the list of accessories for the all-new Himalayan 450. The company has officially listed the accessories along with their prices, barring a few, in the Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA) section on the official website.
While Enfield had already unveiled the accessories in its brochure, this is the first time the bikemaker has officially listed the prices of the accessories. The accessories are broadly classified into two categories– Adventure and Rally. While accessories for the Adventure kit can be bought separately, accessories in the Rally kit have to be specced as a single unit.
The accessories range starts at Rs 950 for the rally handlebar pad and goes up to Rs 32,950 for the Black and Silver pannier boxes. Mounts for the pannier boxes will cost an additional Rs 3,950. Besides the panniers, Royal Enfield is also offering a top box, both in silver and black shades, for touring purposes at Rs 23,250.
A nice feature here is that the top box comes standard with a padded backrest for the pillion which doesn’t need to be purchased separately, as with the case for other models. The mount for the top box costs an additional Rs 2,450. Buyers can choose between two different engine oil filler caps– one in silver and one in black– both costing Rs 1,050. The Rally protection sump guard can be had in Rs 9,950. The black leg guard will cost Rs 4,750.
The Adventure pack is also offering accessories such as a silver radiator grille, a black headlight grille, a black adventure rider seat, a black adventure passenger seat, and an adventure windscreen which are priced at Rs 1,950; Rs 3,950; Rs 4,450; Rs 3,950; and Rs 3,450, respectively.
Besides the accessories mentioned above, Enfield has also listed components like Rally Gear lever, Black Rally dual seat, a tapered Rally handlebar, black LED fog lights, grey tail pack, a rally mudguard, and black rally handguards, whose prices aren’t mentioned. These accessories are only available as part of the Rally package and cannot be bought separately.
Powering Himalayan 450 is a brand new 452cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that pushes out 40 bhp and 40 Nm of peak torque. This motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox via a slip and assist clutch. Suspension duties are carried out by an adjustable Showa setup featuring upside down front forks and a rear mono-shock. Braking duties are carried out by disc brakes at both ends, aided by dual-channel ABS with switchable rear ABS.
