Hardik Pandya has been the talk of the town in the past two days as the Gujarat Titans skipper is on the brink of rejoining Mumbai Indians in the biggest trade deal of IPL history.
Pandya joined Gujarat Titans in 2022, and in just two seasons with the Titans, Pandya led them to a title in their maiden season and finished as runners-up in the 2023 season. There are reports that a disagreement took place between Hardik and Gujarat management, which led to Pandya thinking of a move back to Mumbai Indians.

Latest reports suggests that Pandya wanted an increase in his salary, and also shares in advertisement revenues, to which the management disagreeed. In the rumoured one-way trade deal, Pandya will get 15 crores, while there is also a disclosed transfer fee for which Hardik will receive the 50% of it.
The last date to announce the retention list for all IPL franchises is November 26.
